The Responsible Jewellery Council

We are proud to state that we are a member of the “Responsible Jewellery Council.”

The “Responsible Jewellery Council” strives to promote the use of gold that is extracted under eco-friendly, responsible and proper work conditions – dubbed “responsible gold” by the jewelry industry’s major producers, chain stores and refineries – and monitor this chain from the mine until the end user and provide certification.

Arpaş was established in Istanbul in 1982, and its history is filled with firsts for the Turkish and global jewelry industries. Arpaş is the very first Turkish company to export gold jewelry and to establish its own factory to make gold jewelry. It is the first in the industry to use and continuously invest in advanced technology. By employing engineers in production, Arpaş has profoundly changed the human resources structure of the jewelry industry.
